A large, aggressive, oceanic fish with a mouth full of pointed teeth. It is capable of great speed.

The Shortfin mako shark is one of many shark species implemented in Dwarf Fortress. They are smallish (about 80 kilo).

With a fairly high pet value of 500, they may be worth more to you alive than dead. Consider Template:L with a Template:L.
