A dwarf attempted to use an object in a job that has either ceased to exist or has moved since the job was created.

Shallower flowing water will often move items, and large channeling projects can cause this kind of trouble with masons when a particular stone they wanted gets channeled under and drops a z-level, causing the mason to lose track of where their stone went.
