v50 Steam/Premium information for editors

So how exactly does one turn a meager office (or dining room or whatever) into a nicer room? I've yet to see anything on the subject on the wiki, and while my nobles all have the items they want currently, they are still somewhat upset by the fact that it's not the quality they demand. IE. They all have meager rooms and are requiring better.
