Sedimentary stone layers contain Hematite, Limonite, Magnetite, and Tetrahedrite

Many types of sedimentary layers also include Bituminous Coal and Lignite. The ones that don't are sandstone, siltstone, and mudstone.


Sandstone, Siltstone, Mudstone, Shale, Claystone, Rock salt, Limestone, Conglomerate, Dolomite, Flint, Chert, and Chalk layers are sedimentary.
