The Tanner's Shop takes hides that come from animals processed at the Butcher's Shop and turns them into leather.

Unlike most workshops, the tanner does not need you to queue the job, but will automatically go to work if there's a raw hide. Animal skins are "stored" on the refuse pile where they decay quickly, so you may still lose hides if your tanner(s) are too busy with other tasks.
