For example, this can happen if a tile is designated for digging and the tile immediately above it is marked for channeling if the "dig channel" task is completed first. This can also occur when a miner attempts to remove a ramp tile that has already collapsed due to lack of support.

* A tile containing a tree sapling is designated for channeling, and the tree matures to full size

* A tree adjacent to natural stone is designated for cutting

* A shrub adjacent to natural stone is designated for gathering

* An underground shrub is designated for gathering, and a young Tower-cap sprouts in its place
  
This also occurs when a tree or shrub adjacent to a natural stone wall is designated for cutting or gathering. Also occurs when you designate a channel to be dug, and a tree grows over the square.

  • A miner prepares to remove a ramp tile, but nearby digging causes it to collapse
  • A tile containing a tree sapling is designated for channeling, and the tree matures to full size

  • A shrub adjacent to natural stone is designated for gathering
  • An underground shrub is designated for gathering, and a young Tower-cap sprouts in its place
