Administrator is one of the Professions. It contains skills relating to wealth and, unsurprisngly, the administration of the fortress.

An adult dwarf whose best skill is in administration, and who has accumulated enough experience in one or more other administration skills (exactly how much is not clear) will be known as an Adminstrator. Otherwise the dwarf will be known by his or her highest skill.
