A rusty novice qualifies to work in a mason's workshop that is set to only accept dabbling dwarves. Perhaps this information could be mentioned, with testing of course. Also, what does "Permanent skill loss" mean? Will a dwarf suffering from permanent skill loss never be able to work above a certain level, or is there a just a decrease in experience that is recoverable through training? --Introprospector 00:13, 5 March 2012 (UTC)
