I have removed the 'for obvious reasons' part of the sentence 'You cannot stud a metal object with the type of metal it is made out of, for obvious reasons.' because whatever the reasons are they are not obvious to me. If anyone wishes to replace the obvious reasons part please explain here what the reasons are and why they are obvious. I will then smack my head and say, "Oh it makes sense now. It was so obvious, I don't know how I didn't see it before!" and then thank you. LightBearer 02:05, 15 June 2012 (UTC)

If you stud an object with the metal it is made out of, then it is not really studded, or decorated, it's just a part of the item. Additionally, those kinds of studs would likely be put on it when the object was initially forged. --96.229.235.177 05:39, 14 December 2012 (UTC)
