A being who undergoes a transformation into an animalistic form on the night of the full moon. Therianthropes include all sorts of cursed beings who change their form to that of an animal during part of the lunar cycle. Therianthropy is usually inflicted as a curse from a god as retribution for some offense. It can also be inflicted upon others by the afflicted who are bitten by an animalistic sufferer.
