No Pain creatures (those with the NOPAIN token) feel no pain in (or out of) combat. These creatures can suffer grievous wounds and continue fighting without pause. Creatures who cannot feel pain may prove difficult to kill, since foes are normally dispatched by a blow to the head after they fall unconscious from pain.
