Turns out that killing an outpost liason (via military) causes your entire fort to dissolve into chaos, as your civilians will attack your military. Lesson learned.

Turns out that killing an outpost liason (via military) causes your entire fort to dissolve into chaos, as your civilians will attack your military. Lesson learned.
