I'm pretty sure the siege part is 40d. I just trained up my siege dwarves to 3 legendary operators + 3 reserves (ranging from novice to competent) and a legendary siege engineer who can quickly build loads of masterwork parts + ammunition. In less than 3 years. The page gives a duration of about 10 years for such an industry.<br />
