:Per clutch.  These numbers represent how many eggs are laid whenever the animal lays eggs.  The frequency of egg laying is not discussed here as of this writing.  --Jwest23 14:29, 20 May 2011 (UTC)

::I've been wondering about that myself.  Shouldn't be hard to work out... If anyone knows, please add! Bognor 14:54, 20 May 2011 (UTC)

Sex Change
Any way to change males to females?

Domestic Poultry notes
This note could do with being rewritten. I'd do it myself, but I'm having a hell of a time trying to parse what it's trying to say. I think the gist is that only one batch of eggs (that is, one nest) can hatch at a time, and all other batches have their time-until-hatching 'reset' when this happens... which, if true, sounds like it might be a bug, and may also need confirmation (or cite whatever source this conclusion came from). -Niveras 13:59, 4 September 2011 (UTC)

:Mmm.  I'm sure I've had multiple clutches of peacock eggs hatch in a far shorter time period than a few months. Bognor 11:09, 5 September 2011 (UTC)

:Yep. I just had 6 batches of chicks hatch within 3-4 days game time. 24.49.50.181 19:13, 25 September 2011 (UTC)

guineafowl meat
Er, regardless of what the page says, I had a butchered guineacock leave behind 2 meat, 2 fat, a skin and a skull. I suspect that this may just be a matter of  extreme size/muscularity/fatness pushing one bird's size just over the threshold needed to produce any meat at all; if that's what happened, guineafowl meat will probably be a rare occurrence, so not sure whether total edible should be changed from zero. Maybe just a footnote saying it can occur rarely? 218.186.8.11 03:26, 27 September 2011 (UTC)

:Sounds like a likely explanation to me.  I've added a footnote.  Feel free to edit the page as you see fit. Bognor 12:56, 27 September 2011 (UTC)
