This is the normal condition for Template:L.
Preferably, they are always in this state, for when they are drunk, they tend to work faster. When they're sober, they tend to be sad, because they realize how dwarfed up their lives are, and that Papa McUrist, Mama McUrist, Uncle McUrist, Auntie McUrist, and cousin McUrist are all dead, and that the only sign of life drunkeness is coming from the elephants standing at the doorway, and carp trying to drag them into the river.
