This article is about an older version of DF.

Crossbows can be made from Template:L, Template:L or Template:L. Wooden and bone crossbows are made at a Template:L using the Template:L skill; metal crossbows are made at a Template:L using the Template:L skill.

Template:L do use them and they can be assigned to your Template:L. Template:L for crossbows are bolts.

There are reports that Template:Ls using crossbows is Template:L currently, including problems with Template:L bolts, practicing at Template:Ls and going into melee instead of shooting in Template:L. A workaround to getting them to practice can be found here.

There are also various Template:L about problems with Template:L, but a hunter will generally use a crossbow and bolts and actually shoot at game.
