Now, if it were factually inaccurate we'd have to change it - but as far as I can tell elves in game are dirty (soap is made of animal products) sandal-wearing (at least occasionally) tree-hugging (they call our poor dwarves butchers for cutting down trees) hippies (sort of follows from preceeding adjectives).
