:Removed page contents. Two things I learned from testing: 1) metal bridges, etc can be built with any one of 4 skills (see article). 2) Building quality is still definitely a thing: a temple with an archery target had a value of 9 higher when the target was built by a proficient mason vs. a dabbling one.
