A Legendary Artifact is an item created by a dwarf after it has lived out its strange mood. The item, whatever it is, will always be the highest quality. Unlike regular items, legendary artifacts will be given a unique name. The item created is related to the type of workshop that is claimed, and will be carried by the creator until his death, or until a certain number of years have passed.

Whenever a dwarf creates an artifact, the dwarf will gain legendary status on the skill used to create said artifact
