For example, you may get [[stone]] [[bed]]s, [[wood]]en [[statue]]s, or even [[gem]] [[furniture]]. Further, these artifacts could be produced in workshops by professions that could not normally build such an item, such as a bone [[door]] being made by a [[bone carver]] in a [[Craftsdwarf's workshop]].
