This article is very unclear for a new player such as myself.  My best guess is that it is something to do with editing files outside of the game or with some trainer but I really can't tell.  Can someone familiar with the subject write a better introduction letting people who come across the article know the context of what is necessary to make an arena as described here.

I'm new to DF and can't find this topic elsewhere but why are creatures such as Cave Dragons [ARENA_RESTRICTED], and what happens if I remove the token thanks in advance.
