I think it's probably best to only update this when new versions are released, to serve as a list of changes for that version. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to serve much purpose to me.<br>

:OK, that makes sense. In addition to the dev notes, I think you should also include the release notes  that are included within the new version downloads (in "release notes.txt" and "file changes.txt")So for the .33c update, you'll add:
