I think it's probably best to only update this when new versions are released, to serve as a list of changes for that version. Otherwise, it doesn't seem to serve much purpose to me.
After several smaller version releases or a large release I think it should also have the oldest stuff culled to keep the page from getting unwieldy. Does this sound like a decent plan for the page? --Janus 03:09, 24 November 2007 (EST)

OK, that makes sense. In addition to the dev notes, I think you should also include the release notes that are included within the new version downloads (in "release notes.txt" and "file changes.txt")So for the .33c update, you'll add:
Release notes for 0.27.169.33c:

Continuing along with bug fixing. See the dev log for other minor changes.

******************************************************

Auxiliary file changes for 0.27.169.33c:

New init options
	[PRIORITY:NORMAL]
If you do this, you may need to change DF release notes to DF developement notes. Plac1d 11:34, 24 November 2007 (EST)

Looking at the complete lack of attention the page has gotten, I decided to completely clear the page.
Maybe this would work a lot better as something other than a version tracking page?
I honestly don't know what it should be, but it needs to become something that actually gets attention. --Edward 21:45, 17 December 2008 (EST)

If release notes is all this page gets used for, it might be better just to delete it and put said notes as part of the relevant version category page. Or something along those lines. --LegacyCWAL 16:17, 21 February 2009 (EST)
