Much of the information in the guide for the previous version still applies. However, information on the military and healthcare, as well as almost everything to do with the underground is likely to be deprecated. Be aware that the unstable nature of version 0.31.01 means that it may be difficult for a new player to determine whether they have done some procedure incorrectly or if they have encountered one of the new version's numerous bugs.
