if you do a redirect you need the redirect on the first line.
Not:
[[Category:Skills]][[Category:Noble Skills]] #REDIRECT [[Broker skills]]
but
#REDIRECT [[Broker skills]] [[Category:Skills]][[Category:Noble Skills]]
