v50 Steam/Premium information for editors

This is a test template to reformat Category tags so that they properly segment existing categories into version specific areas using the page's namespace, and to properly organize them alphabetically by page name unless specified differently by the editor (removed this functionality as it was not working properly when category was assigned through another template).
