==Confusion Regarding Fruit Alcohol==

There seems to be a general lack of agreement across the wiki right now in regards to alcohol from several fruit, and I lack the knowledge to conduct proper Dwarven science. For example, the [[Crop]]s page notes that Grapes can be brewed into Wine and that Pineapples can be brewed into Pineapple Wine, which this page does not list. Since stockpiles seem to treat the plant and the fruit separately, this begs the question of which is being used to create the alcohol. Similarly, the [[Persimmon]] page notes that the byproducts of the tree (namely the fruit) can be brewed, though it doesn't give a specific name (I'm assuming it's Persimmon Wine), which this page does not reflect. :I just realized a great deal more alcohol is missing from this page than I originally thought. For clarity, the alcohol stockpile in game lists the following drinks which this page does not reflect: Single-grain Wheat Beer, Two-grain Wheat Beer, Soft Wheat Beer, Hard Wheat Beer, Buckwehat Beer, Sorghum Beer, Maize Beer, Blood Amaranth Beer, Purple Amaranth Beer, Pearl Millet Beer, Foxtail Millet Beer, Fonio Beer, Teff Beer, Artichoke Wine, Beetroot Wine, Carrot Wine, Potato Wine, Tomato Wine, Turnip Wine, (Grape) Wine, Pineapple Wine, Carambola Wine, Durian Wine, Rambutan Wine, Pomegranate Wine, and Persimmon Wine. ::I went ahead and added everything that was missing (except Carrot Wine, which apparently wasn't missing). However, I'm not sure how to determine base value, so I just put a '?' for that line in all the new entries. I also reorganized everything, as a lot of the new plants were being listed incorrectly as fruit. I'm fairly sure that fruit refers specifically to the droppings of trees, at least. It's past midnight and I can't be bothered to launch the game and check stockpiles, but I have a sneaking suspicion that things like berries, pineapples, and the like (probably all the garden plants) are listed both as plants and fruit now that I think about it. Of course, it begs the question whether the "plant" version or the "fruit" version is used to brew, and whether the "brew plant" or "brew fruit" task is used to make the alcohol. Specifically, if the plant's raws have a '[USE_MATERIAL_TEMPLATE:FRUIT:FRUIT_TEMPLATE]' with a ' [MATERIAL_REACTION_PRODUCT:DRINK_MAT:LOCAL_PLANT_MAT:DRINK]' tag then they produce a fruit-based alcohol. I found that if you repeatedly flood an area you will form piles of mud, In this it says that it is only found in caverns.

Is there any known way to avoid dust piling in a pool? While the dwarves may be indifferent, I would very much prefer to not have a thick layer of mud on the floor of the pool.
